Dewayne Goley is the president of The Goley Companies, a family-owned insulation business that was founded in 1973 as Goley Insulation by his parents, Gene and Lillian Goley. Dewayne has played a key role in expanding the company’s services to include residential, agricultural, and commercial energy-saving solutions. Under his guidance, Goley Insulation has grown to employ 230 full-time staff members and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2023. 
 
His leadership has positioned The Goley Companies as a trusted provider of building performance solutions, offering services such as air sealing, firestopping, and energy testing. 
 
In addition to his day-to-day role, Dewayne co-founded the National Insulation Contractors’ Exchange (NICE), which empowers independent contractors with shared resources, networking opportunities, and industry best practices. His dedication to innovation and collaboration has made him a respected leader in the insulation sector. 

Joseph Goley serves as Vice President of The Goley Companies and is part of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. A University of Illinois graduate, Joseph began his career as a strategy consultant with Ernst & Young before joining the family business in 2019. 
 
As a third-generation leader, Joseph focuses on strengthening the company’s foundation while driving innovation and identifying strategies for growth. His experience in strategic consulting has helped The Goley Companies adopt new technologies and remain competitive in the insulation industry. 
 
Joseph actively contributes to the building materials sector, serving on advisory boards such as the Owens Corning CEE Customer Advisory Council and the Knauf Insulation Customer Advisory Board. His involvement reflects his commitment to advancing the industry and ensuring Goley Companies’ continued success. 

Kristin Brochetti is the Director of Business Development at The Goley Companies, bringing extensive experience in marketing, sales, and business development. A Bowling Green State University graduate, Kristin began her career at a Toledo-based Marketing/PR agency, where she became VP of Account Services with a focus on the building materials industry. 
 
Kristin later joined Owens Corning, serving as both a Marketing Leader and Regional Sales Leader. During her eight years there, she drove strategic marketing initiatives and regional sales growth. 
 
Since joining The Goley Companies in 2018, Kristin has played a key role in expanding the company’s presence and developing strategic partnerships. Her focus on innovation and growth has been pivotal in supporting The Goley Companies’ long-term success. 

Steve is the lead tax partner with Kerber, Eck & Braeckel LLP’s (KEB) Greater St. Louis Region and a senior wealth advisor on the KEB Wealth Advisors team. Steve has more than three decades of experience providing tax and financial advice for families and closely held businesses.
 
Steve received his CPA certification in 1991, was awarded the Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning and Advising for Closely Held Businesses from the AICPA in 1999, and received the Personal Financial Specialist accreditation from the AICPA in 2000. Steve specializes in strategic tax planning for entrepreneurs and closely held businesses, family estate planning and business succession planning.

Joe Bonanno is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience in IT leadership and cybersecurity. As a virtual Chief Technology Officer (vCTO), he specializes in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, focusing on digital transformation and cybersecurity frameworks. 
 
Bonanno has led teams in cybersecurity, network management, and application development, successfully guiding organizations in strengthening their security posture through risk mitigation and best practices. 
 
In addition to his executive role, Joe serves on advisory boards for NICExchange, Horry Georgetown Technical College, and the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation. His dedication to mentorship and industry advancement reflects his commitment to driving innovation in the tech sector.
